Thus it was that, when they had left the exhausted O asleep and deserted in the Commander’s courtyard, Natalie had become very upset. During their drive back to the Paris apartment she had continued to protest the fact that they had left O behind until Sir Stephen had sternly bid her to be silent.

Upon their arrival he had taken Natalie to his chamber and drew up the blinds that revealed his secret view of the adjoining room. On the bed Natalie saw Jacqueline, nude, with René lying fully clothed alongside her.

"Why are they using O’s room?" Natalie asked in a hushed tone.

"O has left us, Natalie. By the way, you needn’t whisper." Sir Stephen said. "We can hear them but they cannot hear us."

The manner in which he so casually dismissed the subject of O distressed Natalie again but her worried questions were hushed by a finger to her lips. Sir Stephen directed her attention back to the bed beyond the partition.

René was softly stroking the rosy tips of Jacqueline’s breasts, first one and then the other. Her sister’s eyes were closed and Natalie could hear her purring. From the foot of the same bed she was then secretly observing, Natalie had watched as O had stroked those same breasts: had been tied and then had writhed and quivered under the sting of the crop. In that room she had seen O on her knees dutifully receiving Sir Stephen's rigid, thrusting member in her mouth, seen her, kneeling with her cheek pressed to the floor, spread her own buttocks with both hands to offer Sir Stephen her rear opening.
